ClearINFO© Requests, Notices and Instructions application contains all the common site forms currently in use in construction. The simple to use interface ensures that the forms are completed and entered into the log. You can search the raised documents and logs and instantly get a view on the status. Training is not an issue as it will take less than 10 minutes for a new user to be able to create a new Request, Notice or Instruction.

Once you complete a form, using free text and drop down menus, you can attach any other documents and then you simply issue them. The completed form, once issued, will be converted to a PDF document with all standard formatting required. The completed form will automatically be added to the log.

Standard text can be attached to each of the forms e.g. “Please ensure your staff, operatives and subcontractors are briefed and have access to all current information, materials, plant and equipment to enable them to carry out the works. Upon arrival on site your staff, operatives, subcontractors and visitors are to report to the site office for an induction session where you will be advised with regard to specific site health, safety and welfare arrangements.”
